Ridstar Q20 Electric Wide Tire Bike 1500W 48V 20AH Battery

My 14 year old son LOVES this! He put it together on his own with. I did have to help with the tires as he had secured one properly and it got lose when he rode it the first time so definitely check and makes sure the tires are installed and tight. We did have some issues because we did know with the key not turning. Thought it was defective so reached out to the company and they got back to us in a couple of hours but by that time I had already found on Reddit that there are actually two sets of keys one for ignition and one to take the battery out. The ignition keys are tucked deep in the little onsole that comes with the bike. Otherwise great. Smooth ride and and goes about 35 in it own faster if you pedal too.

Love my bike but it came with a bended disk and I cannot ger the best risk cause of the kidding. Called customer service still waiting.

Directions definitely suck. And there wasn a video to watch assembly of our specific model. The tire was a pain to figure out how to get on and the bolts did t all fit on it. The bolts also don like to be fully tight which then caused the tire to fall off while riding. Other than that the bike seems fast and fun. Awaiting to hear back from support about the tire

Dissatisfied and disappointed. Assembly directions are inadequate. There are no parts lists or diagrams provided for assembling the bike. Rode the bike twice and the front wheel fell off while riding. When I sent an email to the seller with pictures asking if we were missing any parts or if they saw any issues with the assembly, they responded with pictures and a video showing vague assembly instructions of the front wheel on a different model bike than what we have and no response to my direct questions as to whether we are missing parts. There is too large of a gap between the forks and wheel to adequately support the operation of the wheel. When we tighten the bolts the wheel is harder to spin and rubs on the brake. There is not enough adjustment in the brake to resolve it. The bike is defective. The company is responsible for providing a quality product without defects and adequate, clear assembly instructions. *Update: after reaching out to the seller through Amazon I was able to get a better response. Even after reassembling the front wheel according to their instructions we still had the same issues. They responded with an offer to replace the front forks and axle assembly. I provide another update one the parts are received.

Amazing bike last very long, pretty fast
