Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at service@ridstar-bikes.com after placing your order. If your order is canceled prior to shipment, we will charge a handling fee of the order amount. If the order has already been shipped, a handling fee of $200 will be deducted. Detailed handling fees for other products are listed below:

Exchange

Before shipment, we will exchange the product of the same price free of charge. If you need to exchange another model, you have to bear the price difference between the products by yourself.

Shipped but not received

If the package has been successfully shipped, exchange is not possible.

Shipped (exchanges only accepted within 14 days)

Make sure the bike is unworn and the e-bike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer and be free of dirt, dust, or odors.

If you wish to exchange your bike for another model, you will be responsible for $200 shipping and the difference in price between the products.

Returns

Once your e-bike has been delivered, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to begin the return process. we do not accept returns after 14 days. Before starting the return process, customers need to contact service@ridstar-bikes.com for return approval. We will not accept returns without permission from Ridstar.
If the customer refuses the package, there will be a $200 charge.

Returnable Items

To begin the return process, please make sure the bike is unworn and the e-bike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer, be free of dirt, dust and odors.
Shipping labels will be provided by Ridstar, please do not ship your bike yourself until you have received your shipping label.
Customer is responsible for $200 return shipping fee.

Used Items

We do not accept returns on any items that have been used.

Damages and Problems

If the product is defective or damaged, please send a photo or video of the damage to customer service within 7 days of receipt and the damaged part can be replaced or compensated. We will bear the return (exchange) shipping cost.

If the product is returned for non-quality reasons, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
We do not accept used items, batteries, special orders, promotional items, gift cards and gift orders unless an extreme breakage/failure occurs that is covered by our warranty.

Attention:

If your return or exchange request is approved by Ridstar, you may receive a new product or a refund. Shipping labels will be provided by Ridstar, please do not ship your item yourself until you have received a shipping label.

After returning any item, please send us a notification with a tracking number. Once we receive your return, we will either replace the item with a new product or issue a refund. This will be processed within 2 business days. If the returned item does not meet the above requirements, we will not accept the return. We will return it to you immediately and send a notification. Please note that unauthorized returns may be subject to a restocking fee (25%).

For returned items or items that need to be exchanged, it will take 3-6 business days after we receive your item to process the solution.

After that, the refund period is 10 business days

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original method of payment. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.
